The company started off with 3 employees in the year of its foundation.  Currently, after 23 years of operating in the market, it has 110 employees, of whom 95 operate in Cyprus and 15 operate abroad.  The employee structure of Top Kinisis Travel Public Ltd is diverse.  Employees range from newly graduates to experienced middle aged staff.
